เหตุเกิดมาจากพัดอยากหาที่ที่ไม่ไกลนักไปพักผ่อน พักกาย พักใจ พักสมอง เพราะช่วงหลังงานยุ่งมาก ๆ จนสมองเบลอไปหมด เลยนึกถึงที่ ๆ นึงที่พัดเคยไปเมื่อหลายปีก่อนตั้งแต่ยังไม่เริ่มทำบล็อก จำได้ว่าไปแล้วประทับใจมากนั่นก็คือดานังและฮอยอันที่ประเทศเวียดนามค่ะ ตอนที่ไปคราวก่อนทั้งสองที่นี้สวยและสงบมาก ๆ นักท่องเที่ยวไม่พลุกพล่านโรงแรมก็ดีมากกกกกก จนไม่อยากจะเชื่อว่านี่เราอยู่ที่เวียดนามมารอบนี้จะเป็นยังไงบ้างไปดูกันค่ะ
Because I feel so tired of working and traffic jamming in the big city, so I planned to go to those peaceful and beautiful places I have been visited years ago before I even starting this blog. yes, they are Danang and Hoi An in Vietnam. Also, I want to write this blog to share my detox trip. Are you ready to enjoy this trip with me? Let’s go!
Danang
พัดบินตรงจากกรุงเทพมาลงดานังเลยสนามบินเค้าพึ่งเปิดใหม่ได้ไม่นานสวยทันสมัยมาก ๆ ค่ะต่างจากคราวก่อนที่พัดเคยมาราวฟ้ากับดิน ที่สำคัญรอบนี้พัดจองที่พักที่พัดจะมาทิ้งตัวไว้ที่โรงแรมที่เริ่ดมาก ๆ อยากจะอวดเป็นที่สุดนั่นก็คือ Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula ค่ะ พอพัดผ่าน immigration ก็เจอกับพนักงานของโรงแรมมาต้อนรับและพาเราไปรอกระเป๋าที่ lounge
ของโรงแรมที่อยู่บริเวณที่รับกระเป๋าค่ะ เป็นโรงแรมเดียวที่มี lounge ในสนามยินเลยเก๋มาก ๆ ค่ะ
I was flying straight from Bangkok to Danang, they recently open their beautiful airport there. This time I stayed at Intercontinental Danang Sun Peninsula, the services from them are really good. After passing through the immigration, they sent a staff to welcome me and brought me to their exclusive lounge in the airport to wait for my luggages.
รับกระเป๋าเสร็จพนักงานคนเดิมก็พาเราไปขึ้นรถลิโมของโรงแรมที่ด้านนอก ก่อนจะนั่งรถไปอีก 30 นาทีก็ถึงโรงแรมของเราค่ะ
มาถึงที่ lobby ก็ฟินกับวิวแล้วค่ะ เดี๋ยวเราจะอยู่ที่นี่ 3 วันมันต้องแฮปปี้มากแน่นอน การที่เราจะมาพักร่างชาร์จแบตแบบนี้โรงแรมดี ๆ นี่สำคัญมากที่สุดสำหรับพัดเลยค่ะ
After that, I took hotel’s limo about 30 minutes to the hotel. The view inside hotel is very stunning and I know that spending 3 days in this hotel will surely recharge my body and soul.

The interior design and decorations inside the hotel are very stunning! I’m so in love with this hotel.

The restroom is sophisticated like the bedroom too! You can take a bath while enjoying the sea view. In this trip I also never forget to bring along my travel skincare routine to make sure that my skin will be fresh and shine!
ที่เด็ดอีกอย่างคือระเบียงค่ะกว้างขวางนั่งเล่นดูวิวทะเลชิลล์ไปอีก แต่มาพักที่นี่เราเป็นแค่แขกค่ะเจ้าบ้านตัวจริงของโรงแรมนี้ก็คือเจ้าลิงค่ะ อยู่กันเยอะมากกกกกก และที่ระเบียงของเรานั้นเจ้าของที่แท้จริงก็ลิงพวกลิงนี่แหละค่ะ เค้าจะเดินผ่านไปผ่านมาทุกวัน ทั้งวัน
บางทีเค้าก็จะมานั่งเล่นนอนเล่นกัน บ่าย ๆ พัดจะชอบมานั่งดื่มชาอ่านหนังสื้อที่ระเบียงนี้ค่ะแต่ก็ต้องเล็งดี ๆ ว่าเจ้าลิงยังไม่ได้ยึดพื้นที่
The terrace is also wide and clear enough to sit back with your friends and enjoy the beauty of scenery here. One of the friends I have met here is Monkey. LOL they are like resident in this hotel and welcome me every time I relax at the terrace.

In this trip, as I already told you that this is a retreat trip from works and traffic jam, I decided to spend times relax and recharging my body and soul in this 5-star hotel. I have booked massages in the hotel.

After massage, I went back to my room and enjoyed taking a, hot water, bath in my room. I never forget to mask my undereye with my favorite Estee Lauder ANR Foil Mask to make sure my overusing eyes from work are well-take care. I also enjoy using the new Estee Lauder Advance Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex, the texture of the product is a soft gel. It helps moisture and protect my undereye. This eye gel is my favorite eye cream for years and after changing the formula, I even love it more! I always recommend everyone around me to try this eye gel.
มากันที่เรื่องร้านอาหารที่นี่กันบ้าง จุดที่เป็น a must ของโรงแรมนี้ที่พลาดไม่ได้เลยก็คือห้องอาหาร Citrus ค่ะ
ตอนเช้าเค้าจะเสิร์ฟบุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้าที่ห้องนี้ ส่วนกลางวันและเย็นเป็นห้องอาหารเวียดนามค่ะ ที่เด็ดก็คือโต๊ะที่นั่งด้านนอกของเค้าค่ะ เก๋มาก ๆ และวิวสวยมาก ๆ
And for the food, one of must visit restaurants that you can’t miss here is Citrus restaurant. They will serve American buffet in the morning and authentic Vietnamese food in the rest of the day.

The food tastes very authentic and delicious. I really love it!
ต่อมาเป็นอีกห่องอาหารที่เป็นบาร์ด้วยก็คือ The LONG Bar ค่ะ ร้านนี้จะอยู่ริมหาดบรรยากาศ casual สบายๆ เมนูอาหารไม่เยอะมีทั้งอาหารเวียดนามและอาหารฝรั่งค่ะ รสชาติก็โอเคเลยค่ะ
Another Bar and bistro I visited in this trip is The LONG Bar, a casual beach view restaurant in the hotel. They both have Vietnamese and international food and the food taste good too.
เวลามาพักผ่อนสิ่งที่ขาดไม่ได้เลยก็คืออาหารร่อย ๆ บรรยากาศดี ๆ ที่นี่มีห้องอาหารฝรั่งเศสที่ได้ Michelin Star ด้วยค่ะที่ห้องอาหาร 1888 La Maison ค่ะ เปิดเฉพาะดินเนอร์เท่านั้นค่ะต้องจองล่วงหน้านะคะ บางทีการที่เราได้แต่งตัวสวย ๆ ออกมาทานอาหารกับคนที่เรารักมี quality time ด้วยกันมันก็ทำให้มีความสุขแล้วค่ะ
Another great dinner in the trip is a must too for this detox trip! I have booked 1888 La Maison, a Michelin star French restaurant. The dishes are super stunning and can surely help build good quality time in this trip.
Hoi An
หลังจากอยู่ในรีสอร์ตมาตลอด 3 วันก็ได้เวลาย้ายเมืองไปฮอยอันกันต่อค่ะ ที่ฮอยอันเป็นเมืองเก่าเล็ก ๆ ที่มีสเน่ห์มาก ๆ ค่ะ เดินเล่นชมเมืองเค้าเพลินมาก ๆ กลางวันกับกลางคืนได้คนละฟีลกันเลยค่ะ กลางวันคนค่อนข้างน้อย สงบกว่าตอนเย็นมาก วันที่ 2 อากาศไม่ค่อยร้อนเดินเล่นสบายใจมากค่ะ
After spending 3 days in Danang, it’s time to move to Hoi An, an old and peaceful ancient city in Vietnam. Luckily, the weather is okay so I can enjoy being lost in this old cultural town.
ส่วนช่วงเย็นนักท่องเที่ยวจะเยอะมาก ๆๆๆ มีทัวร์ day trip ลง จริง ๆ ช่วงเย็นที่ฮอยอันสวยกว่ากลางวันเพราะเค้าจะเริ่มเปิดไฟตามโคมที่ห้อยตกแต่ง ถ่ายรูปสนุกมากแต่ก็ต้องคอยหลบคนค่ะ
The evening views in Hoi An are photogenic and beautiful as they started to light up the lamps. That’s why i met groups of tourists that came for a day trip here. I have to use my skill to straight a pose without being photobombed. LOL
มาถึงเมืองเล็ก ๆ แบบนี้พัดเลือกพักที่ boutique hotel น่ารัก ๆ ที่ Allegro Hotel ที่ห่างจากตัวเมืองเก่าแค่ 5 นาที โรงแรมน่ารัก สะอาด ห้องสวย บริการดีเกินราคา โรงแรมนี้พัดแอบบอกว่าจองผ่าน Traveloka ราคาดีมากค่ะ(เทียบหลายเว็บแล้วอันนี้ดีสุด) แถมจองง่ายไม่ยุ่งยาก ไม่กี่ขั้นตอนก็เสร็จ
I decided to stay in Allegro, a boutique hotel in Hoi An, 5 minutes away from the center of the town. The hotel is so cute and beautiful.

เป็นหมูย่างพริกไทยดำออกหวาน ๆ หน่อยอร่อยมากทั้ง 2 อย่าง ร้านนี้ต้องไปลองค่ะพูดเลย
Honesty at first, I am not into Vietnamese food at all but staying in Da Nang for a while absolutely change my mind! Right now, Banh Mi becomes one of my favorite food ever! As for someone who is wondering what Banh Mi is, it is a Vietnamese sandwich made from a freshly made baguette and various sauces inside. I stopped by at Banh mi Phuong café and ordered Chicken and cheese sauce, it is a little bit spicy, and Grilled pork sauce that tastes sweet. Both are very delicious and i think if you have a chance to visit there you need to stop by this café.
รูปมีแค่นี้เพราะตอนไปถึงพัดหิวมากเกือบโมโหหิวกินหัวคนที่มาด้วยแล้ว เล่นพาเดินตากแดดร้อนสุด ๆ แถมไกลมากกว่าจะมาถึงร้าน555 แต่พอได้ทานก็อารมณ์ดีขึ้นมาเลยค่ะ
อีกร้านดังที่พัดมาทานอาหารเย็นร้าน Morning Glory อยู่ใจกลาง old town เลยค่ะ จริง ๆ พัดเคยมาแล้วรอบนึงเมื่อครั้งก่อนที่มาฮอยอัน อาหารรสชาติดีทีเดียว มีเมนูให้สั่งเยอะมาก มากจนงงค่ะ
Another famous restaurant that I visited for my dinner is Morning Glory restaurant located at the center of the old town. Every menus taste quite good so I ended up ordered them a lot.
ส่วนใครอยากนั่งชมวิวบ้านเมืองที่เรียงรายไปตามฝั่งคลองพัดแนะนำร้านนี้ค่ะ ตอนแรกคือมั่ว ๆ เข้ามาเลยแค่อยากหาร้านที่อยู่ริมน้ำจิบกาแฟชมวิวช่วงบ่าย ๆ แต่อาหารเครื่องดื่มกลับรสชาติดีมาก ๆ ค่ะ ที่ร้านนี้จะเป็นอาหารอิตาเลียนพัดสั่ง Pumpkin Risotto อร่อยเลยยยยยย ดีงาม ที่เซอร์ไพรซ์อีกอย่างก็คือกาแฟค่ะ Signature Menu ของเค้าคือ Peanut Butter and Caramel Coffee เป็นกาแฟเย็นปั่นใส่เนยถั่วมันช่างเหมาะกับอากาศร้อน ๆ แบบนี้มาก เค็ม ๆ หวานมัน ขมนิด ๆ ฟินไปอีกดูดซู๊ดดดดเดียวหมดแก้วค่ะ 555
Anyone who likes to chill with a city view across the canal I really recommend you visit this place. At first, I had no intention to come here, I was just looking for a place by the canal that I could chill with some afternoon coffee. But I was surprise by the taste of their food and drinks, it was awesome. It is an Italian restaurant, so I ordered this Pumpkin Risotto, turns out to be really good. I love their drinks as well, their signature menu is Peanut Butter&Caramel Coffee, it is a blended coffee with peanut butter, the taste of both really complement each other and just perfect for humid weather. It’s a little sweet and salty but also a little bitter at the same time. The next thing I know, it’s all in my tummy hehe
ตกบ่ายก็ได้เวลากลับบ้านเราแล้วค่ะ พัดจองรถของโรงแรมไปส่งที่สนามบินจากฮอยอันไปสนามบินดานังใช้เวลาประมาณ 45 นาที
Yeah and it’s time to go home! I booked the hotel’s limo to drive me from the hotel to Danang airport. It took around 45 minutes so don’t forget to spare your time beforehand!
สำหรับทริป retreat vacation ของพัดครั้งนี้บอกเลยว่าได้ชาร์จแบตและผ่อนคลายมากจริง ๆ ค่ะ การที่เราได้มีเวลาอยู่กับตัวเองไม่ต้องคิดอะไรมาก ได้ดูแลตัวทั้งจากภายใน ทานอาหารดี ๆ สูดอากาศบริสุทธ์ ไม่เครียด พักผ่อนให้เต็มที่ และจากภายนอก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเข้าสปา บำรุงผิวด้วยผลิตภัณฑ์ดี ๆ ก็เหมือนเป็นการขอบคุณร่างกายและจิตใจตัวเองที่เราใช้งานเค้าอย่างหนักหน่วงมาตลอด สำหรับใครที่กำลังเหนื่อยล้าไม่ว่าจะจากการทำงานหรือเลี้ยงลูกหรืออะไรก็ตามลองมาทิ้งตัวแบบพัดดูนะคะพัดเชื่อว่าคุณน่าจะได้พลังงานบวกกลับไปแน่นอนค่ะ 🙂
And finally, my retreat trip has come to an end. I must tell you that escaping from your daily lives to some peaceful places doing something you enjoy whether it is eating good food, café hopping, getting a massage or even using great skincare products will help detox your body and soul, from inside to outside.
